  • Please select the size of your required booking when making your reservation. Request for tables or groups larger than 12 must be made via email to
  • A minimum spend per person/per table/per cabana will apply and is dependent on the time and day of your reservation.
  • Mixed groups – we reserve the right to refuse entry if group are not mixed in equal numbers.
  • Dress code – No track suits permitted. No fancy dress, including hen do’s and hen do props and accessories. No football kits/sport shirts permitted.
  • Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
  • No dogs allowed (except assistance dogs)
  • ID is required.



  • Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice of any cancellations or amendments to your booking. If increasing or decreasing your party size, please note that we may need to change the location of your dining table.
  • If you are simply running late for your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible – 0203 972 1800. Tables will be held for 20 minutes after the booking time.
  • To maintain a high standard of dining experiences for all guests, bookings are reserved for a maximum time slots and are unable to be extended without prior notice. Additional minimum spends may apply.



  • All food and drink prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
  • A 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to your final bill.
  • Please note we only accept card payments.



  • Children of all ages are welcome Monday to Friday until 5pm, kindly include them in your booking numbers. We operate an over 18’s policy after 5pm Monday to Fridays and all day on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays. Photo ID may be required. Please note, kids must be under adult supervision at all times..If you need a highchair or space for a pushchair, please specify this at the time of booking.



  • The Skyline London is fully accessible to wheelchair users.



  • Please notify us of any specific allergies or food intolerances in your party, both at the time of your booking and to a member of our team when you arrive.



  • The Skyline London reserves the right to cancel guest bookings at any time with written notice for any of the following reasons:
    • If the guest is in breach or default of their obligations under this agreement
    • If the event might prejudice the reputation of The Skyline London, or cause damage to the premises
    • If The Skyline London is unable to carry out its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (for example closure, refurbishment or emergency or any IT related issues)



  • In the case of bad weather, subject to availability and regulations that exist at the time, The Skyline London will accommodate your reservation indoors, in the Cento Alla Torre restaurant, neighbouring the Tower of London.
  • If you decide to remain on the roof top but wish to leave during the meal due to bad weather, The Skyline London will endeavour to provide take away facilities where possible and guests will be charged for all consumed and prepared food and beverages.



  • The Brunch Package consists of
    • Three course set menu
    • 90 minutes reloaded house cocktails
  • Reloaded cocktails commence from the time of your booking not the time of arrival so please arrive promptly.
  • Reloaded house cocktails are for 90 minutes*.
  • A £15 per person non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of the booking.
  • In the event of rain, the brunch will be moved inside



  • The Skyline London accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to property left behind.



  • Please note that when you enter The Skyline London venue you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for marketing purposes.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of staff.
